"Marcos and his crew did a wonderful job. He was present on the site at all times and instructed his men to accomplish what my wife wanted. This was a major cleanup of a 3 foot grass lawn. The previous landscaper had used "meadow grass" which grew profusely. This didn't stop Marcos. He also inspected our drainage and irrigation systems, our Queen Ann's and other plantings and advised us on upkeep, His team were extremely compitent, they knew what they were doing and needed no corrections. All in all, my wife was extremely pleased whic makes me pleased. BTW, his rates were reasonable for this monster job. I have hired him on a monthly basis."

They did one part of the job on Friday and came back with some necessary parts on Saturday to complete the job (yes, they work on weekends if needed). "I would recommend them with a warning to be sure they completed the job thoroughly before they left and suggest they leave their cel phones off while working. It was a difficult job and they worked hard while they were working. However the job was bid on an hourly basis with a price guarantee and some places were missed or sloppily done in their rush to finiish. They left me some cleaning solution and I did the places they missed that I could reach. To their credit, they did send someone back as promised to go over the worst spots on the ceiling.. I"
