All of our Bat exclusions come with a warranty to ensure our work and your satisfaction. I gave a 1/2 star because I could not give a 0. He was 7 hours late for the appointment. He came unprepared to solve my problem, even though I told him exactly what the problem was (birds nesting in my under attic) ahead of time. He demanded $125 for the visit and promised to come back the next day with the proper spray to keep the birds way. Called the next day to say he realized he doesn't have the spray and needs to order it. That was 2 weeks ago. But of course, he cashed my check the next day. Total rip off artist!!!

"William, we are sorry about your bad experience but we have no record of servicing your address. We do not use any sort of spray to repel birds, and we charge a different fee for removal. Waited over 3 hours, finally got a call after the appointment window closed that the tech would be another hour. Not the tech's fault, it was the scheduler. Paid $80 for advice on whether bats had infiltrated the attic and where they might come in but they could not do the work for weeks and only at a high price

I contacted this company through your site, and scheduled an evaluation. They called me back to advise of a $100 inspection fee, which I accepted. I scheduled for their first available opening. I was contacted by Home Advisor that they had not been able to contact Drivin Me Batty, and were cancelling our appointment. We stressed that we wished to keep the scheduled appointment, and the company called back in minutes to confirm the scheduled time. I took off work for the 9:00am appointment, only to have Drivin Me Batty call at 9:15 the day of the appointment "to reschedule". I will not use this company again and hesitate to ever use Home Advisor as well

"I apologize for the confusion however the reason for our rescheduling was that the temperature that day was in the mid 90's and with the heat index it was over 100 degrees that type of heat is dangerous to be working in no matter what the situation however any body who has done roof work and work in an attic space will tell you to add 20-30 degrees on top of shingles and in the attic on any given day. That temperature range is dangerous for my employees and also those temperatures will make the shingles extremely soft and can cause damage if walking on the roof. So for my employees health and to protect your roof from possible damage we wanted to reschedule again I am sorry we didn't contact you earlier that morning but we were trying to figure out our schedule for all jobs that day that involved roof work I hope you can understand our position and hope you find somebody that can assist you with your project."

The representative was very polite and professional. He spent a lot of time answering my questions, not only about the bats but also a problem that I have in my attic with moisture and ventilation. He was very knowledgable and helped me find a solution to both issues. There was no high-pressure sales tactic, which I very much appreciated.
