Dryer Vent Wizard

My dryer vents through the roof and they were very careful and considerate of my "metal" roof (no damage). They also outlined the problems I might have with a roof vent so I might be aware of potential issues.

He came on time. He tested my outflow rate. He said it was excellent and he didn't need to do anything. But they he sealed the gap around my outside vent and didn't charge me anything. Businesses can't have better customer service than that!!!

The tech did a thorough job in cleaning my dryer vent from the dryer to all the way up the chimney to the roof.

I had called them on a Saturday morning and i needed someone to come over on the same day. I got the appointment for the same day. The service person came within the time window specified. I was explained the way he would do the cleaning. The service person did not rush things and appeared to be thorough in his approach. On the phone I was given a range for the estimated charges - with a possibility that since the outside of the dryer vent was at a height I would probably charged a higher rate. And I was charged at a higher rate. I would definitely hire them again when I am in immediate need of service. But if I have more time, I will take quotes from other companies also - since I think these are more expensive than others. (I did ask the person on the phone why their rates are high - I was told that they are insured while some of the other cheaper contractors may not be insured - so definitely something to consider when you are interviewing other contractors).

He arrived on time and was very professional. The initial quote for the fee was provided as a range, and of course, I was charged the amount at the top of the range. This is not a complaint, but it is a little difficult to confirm whether it is a valid charge since it is apparently based on the the length of the vent tube and I haven't had a previous reason to measure the tube. He also provided a before and after picture of the tube. I will say that my dryer is completing its cycles sooner than before and clothes are all dry at the same time vs. having some damp spots.

Responded in a very timely manner to set up appointment. Service person was very professional and arrived when he said he would. Price was decided prior to service person arriving. I would use this company again
