As American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT) graduates and National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) members, we can proudly say we've learned a thing or two about home inspections and that knowledge helps you. We use Thermal Imaging to uncover problem areas of your home that are normally missed. With this technology, we can see remnants of rain or moisture by temperature variance and color variance. Also, with our Radar Scanner can also determine the type of material located behind the walls, such as wood studs, copper pipes and even electrical wires.
