Larry Stone called me within 5 minutes of my posting the job. We needed all of the verticals in our home replaced. He made good suggestions about how the verticals should be mounted for each opening, and we found just the right verticals in his samples. The day of the installation, he arrived promptly. He worked tiirelessy to finish in record time! Also, he cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the outcome, and would recommend him to our friends and neighbors!

Same day service, very knowledgeable and friendly. I had purchased my shade thru Home Depot several years ago. When Innovative came to repair a broken cord, I told him of the "slipping" problem I have always had, because of the weight of the shade. He replaced the cord with a metal beaded loop that will eliminate the problem. Also reinstalled the mounting brackets which were originally installed improperly. Highly recommend them to others who need new installations and/or repairs...Get the job done right the first time and avoid future problems!

We are very impressed with the promptness and professionalism Larry of Innovative Window Fashions displayed from the onset. Within minutes of my online request for an estimate for new Hunter Douglas luminettes and silhouettes, I received a call from Larry. He worked us into his busy schedule. That week Larry was in our home spending a good amount of time advising us and we are very, very pleased with the results. The blinds were professionally installed well within the tight time frame we requested. We love our Hunter Douglas products and we're happy we found Larry at Innovative. In the past we had bad experiences with other companies.

Larry came on time and after seeing my problem told me this type of blind is not supposed to break. He said he would give it his best to fix it but wouldn't charge me if he couldn't. But he did fix it ! I'm having company coming in so I wanted my blind fixed and he came to the rescue. He will be my blind man from now on. I would certainly adivse anyone who is getting new blinds or needing repairs to contact this man.

The very day of my request, the Window Fashions professional called me, listened to my problem, suggested an estimated cost, set an appointment. On the appointed time, he arrived punctually, diagnosed the problems, fixed them all, and offered suggestions if followup becomes necessary. Outstanding.

Installed black shades in bedrooms. Price was fair and quality of work was excellent.

Larry immediately called me when I contacted servicemagic and set up a next day appointment with me. Although he had never seen the cord in a Luminette window treatment rod break he took it upon himself to get the job done quickly. Since there were parts of the rod that had broken he ordered the parts. re-corded the rod, and installed it back in our home with the new parts within 2 weeks. Our Luminette is now back in working order thanks to Larry. I would highly receommend Larry of Innovative Window Fashions. He was thorough and got the job done at a very reasonable price.

Repairman was extremely nice. He had another job but still managed to fit me in on the same day even though it was a holiday weekend. He came and did the job the same day that I called. He did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service and the job that he did.
