Mark did a fantastic job replacing a section of carpet after a ejector pump failed in my basement. I needed someone in a hurry and Mark called within 10 minutes of my posting online. Mark noticed some water under one end of the carpeting. We decided to complete the carpet except for that one corner..we left it undone for the last 2 rainy weeks in june...no water came from anywhere so it must have been rain that came in through the window. He came back a second time to finish the job. I now feel confident there is no water coming in my basement. The carper looks great.

He did more than what was expected. His work and personality were great.

Mr. O'Kelly was a little slow, but at the end well worth the wait.

I was extremely pleased with the job mark did. I had him lay a marble and granite mosaic tile floor and trim and relay the existing carpet. He is very knowledgable and extremely precise in both tile and carpets. I will use him again in the future to recarpet some rooms. I will refer him to my friends.

Mark did an excellent job in restretching the carpet. All my bedrooms had to be redone since installers did a very screwed up job. It was lot of work but Mark was very patient and thorough in making sure every small wrinkle is taken care of. Would hire him any time again and also recommend to anyone for carpet needs.
