Regal Media Systems, LLC

Rudy and Ahmad are true professionals and at the top of their game. They worked with me along every step of the process, extremely competent and knowledgable, provided various price estimates and recommendations depending on various scopes of work. Their pricing model was transparent and the best of their competitors in this marketplace. They first came to my house to walk me through the job process and followed up with a written, detailed estimate. They completed the job quickly and meticulously and I can't say enough how pleased I am with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone, regardless of how small or large your home theater

Nice guys. Polite and knowledgeable. Very clean as well.

Very detail oriented and do and a very neat & clean job. Very nice to deal with.

Regal Media did a GREAT job! Ahmad & Rudy came when they said they would, did exactly what I asked for and after they left, it was so neat & clean you would never know I had any work done. They were extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Rudy, Ahmad and team are technically superb, highly creative and very talented. They professionally and uniquely wired my gazebo with both audio & video capability Hard working team--extremely thorough and personable--Highy recommended; you will not be disappointed with this team,,,,,,,,

really great guys. very helpful

quick service, great follow up after installation of security system highly recommend them

Incredible service and knowledgeable staff. Everything that I expected. The final invoice was $200 less than the initial quote. The installation was tricky due to my basement's finished design but these guys stayed until completion. They installed the system, the way I requested. They just made some suggestions that was greatly appreciated. Rudy came back at no extra charge to install a smaller extension pole that I ordered two weeks later at no additional charge. Great guys, Great service.

Rudy and his team did a great job with the installation of the wall mount tv and wiring. The wiring process took longer than anticipated, but the team did not give up and did a great job.

Fantastic people. Were there to help every step of the way. Unbelievable setup. Very comfortable with using them in any home theater setup. They went above in beyond in many ways including meeting us in another town just to drop off a movie we were looking for. Great people. They will work to help you get by far the best possible setup for any amount you tell them. I have nothing but great things to say about Regal Media Systems and we look forward to using them in the future.

I had four companies in to look at my project. Rudy and his team were the easy choice and their work was fantastic.

Good job.

Our job was fairly complicated (2 wall mounts, 2 receivers, hiding wires, new electrical outlet, etc.). These guys were very pleasant, reliable, clean and they stayed until the job was complete and all of our questions were answered. Well done and happy we hired them. Also, they honored their estimate which is always a worry when you do this sort of thing.

Excellent customer service. Our TV mount project turned out to be much more difficult than what they originally thought. The team returned to our home several times to make it right. We truly appreciate their hard work and great customer service. It was important to them that they do the job correctly and that our TV was securely mounted. I would recommend them.

RMS is a hungry, up and coming audio/video installation firm who's one main goal is customer satisfaction. The players involved starting with Rudy have tremendous expertise and practice a consultative approach to a client's installation needs. Bottom line, RMS is composed of tremendously hard workers with expertise and a high level of caring for you entertainment project at hand. You would be wise to give these guys a chance. AD

My compliments to Regal Media for an outstanding job; Ahmad and his team did outstanding work in our new corporate headquarters. I give the finished product 5 stars. The twenty-five TVs installed are impressive, functional, and well placed. I also rate them with 5 stars for service. Regal has responded to our needs and schedule with diligence. They succeeded in installing the sets in a timely manner, following right behind our construction crew. They were available as needed. We selected Regal through a bid process that included pricing from three competitors. Again, 5 stars. Their proposal was lowest, and various additional work and components requested by our IT department were provided at reasonable prices. I enjoyed working with Ahmad and his staff, and feel fortunate that they were selected for our project. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow, Big ups to the whole crew @ Regal Media......I've been planning my Home Theatre System for some time, and now its finally completed, thanks to Regal ....... From the beginning to the end, Rudy, Ahmed and the crew demonstrated care and Professionalism throughout the process..They made us feel at ease and made suggestions whn needed, I highly Regal for next Installation.....*****! CL

I would recommend their service to anyone. I am definitely planning to use them for all my future needs. Rudy, who came to setup my universal remote was excellent. He was very patient in reviewing my setup and making the right updates.

Provided Excellent service, very Professional. Did a clean and efficient job. I definitely recommend Regal Media Systems to anyone.

Rudy and Ahmad were great to work with and they did a great job at a fair price - highly recommended.

very professional, top notch service

A True 5 Star Company From Beginning to End!... Thank You Regal Media.

Great Service, Highly recommend. Had RMS install a fireplace mantel, mount our tv and theater system. PROS: Everything was done with a genuine care to get the job done right. Our Media Center setup looks wonderful and really adds a great look to our room. CONS: None really. Note: Found it was easier to communicate over phone than email. Bottom line: I'm semi-handy (I've installed my hardwood floors myself) and I thought about doing this job myself, but honestly it would have not had the same quality and it would have been a lot more painful to do. My advice is just leave it to Regal Media Systems. You won't be dissatisfied.

They were very timely, professional and did a great job.

Ahmad is definitely the kind of person you want to do business with - he's very nice, very skilled and goes above and beyond the job requirements. I am super pleased and would definitely use him again for any home theater installation or recommend him to friends. My TV looks gorgeous and we are appreciative of his expertise.
