Good turn around time

Lead testing is expensive, but worth it. It was very fast and convenient using home advisor. We had some paint cracking in our home, which was built in 1950. Before peeling it off I wanted to test for lead. The home test I used was not accurate and looked positive, so we had a professional test. Thankfully it was negative.

Jeremy was extremely professional and very helpful. He thoroughly went through our home and gave me some preliminary findings before sending over the official report. He stayed exactly within the timeframe he estimated, was on-time and very informative with my questions about risk for exposure to any lead paint in the house. Most of our home was found to be lead-free, which calmed my anticipation of not being able to do any of the home remodeling that my husband and I had planned to do. Jeremy gave me a website to find out more information on lead paint. The experience was over all a "five" and I would definitely recommend them.

We had a good experience with this company. We were quoted a substantially lower rate than the other outfit we checked. They used a detector gun which meant that no chips had to be taken, and thus no potential lead was disturbed. The testing took around three hours. It was unlikely that our house was going to have lead based paint, but with a young son I wanted to be sure.

We learned that our 9 month old had a slightly elevated lead level. Since we live in a newer home, it was very difficult to determine the source of the lead exposure. Jeremy came to our house and tested several items, ranging from cookware to children's toys. He used a handheld scanner, which is more accurate and economical than the home testing kits. We found several items that contained lead. I highly recommend this service, it really gave us peace of mind.

He is wonderful, thorough and impeccable in the work. They have a wonderful service, they keep the environment safe. They came and checked the toys for lead, it is a lead reading. They are wonderful in their work.
