This a professional and friendly cleaning business. They did a wonderful job on our first cleaning and I look forward to coming home after a busy day at work to a clean house every other week :-)

This is an extremely professional, organized, and friendly cleaning company. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they did a great job on the first cleaning of our house. Would definitely recommend them!

I was not 100% satisfied with the initial two cleanings. Now that I am on the rotational cleanings I am more pleased.

They did a very thorough first clean!

We had an initial �clean for over $400 that fell short of expectations. Too many details were not taken care of. �Such as inside track of sliding glass door, tops of backsplash in kitchen, bathroom towel holderand cabinet door corners not detailed, caulked edges not cleaned, and top of refrigerator not included. �My wife contacted them and their response was they would detail the bathrooms next cleaning and charge us $5 to clean the track. �We decided not to continue their service because of the above items as well as the way their workers seemed to pay little attention to their work while they chatted on their phones.

They did not finish cleaning my home in the time they quoted. When they left I did not feel as though it was worth it. I was disappointed and they never seemed to worry about my concerns.

I needed a 'whole house clean' for my son's engagement party. I'd recently had a total hip replacement and wasn't up to the task myself. I contacted The Cleaning Authority and from the first phone call they were coureous, responsive, did the job on the day I needed them and did an excellent job on my rather large house. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Excellent job!

They called me right away, were very friendly, and made themselves available to clean for me within 48 hours of our initial contact. They were very professional and did great work!

The only thing negative was the estimated time because I had carpet cleaners coming in the afternoon and I th ought the cleaning would be done by then. I guess that says how bad my house was in need of attention. They were excellent with details and even my picky husband was super pleased. If I could afford them I would have them every two weeks or at least once a month. Paula and Ron were excellent as Paula got back to me within minutes of my inquiry on a Saturday afternoon and was not pushy but they were excellent people to deal with and seemed very honest. Superficial cleaning no longer using service

Very reliable. The teams are very polite and have a great eye for details. On the rare occasion that something got missed or i had a question or concern, all i had to do was call the office and my concerns were handled professionaly and in a timely manner. When the team leaves i look around at what a beautiful job they have done. I have recommended The Cleaning Authority to several of my friends. Even as the economy gets tighter i find other things that i can do without because i dont want to do without my cleaning service. Sincerely, Christine
