The quality of the work was outstanding, and reminded me of my Dad's, who was an old-school homebuilder craftsmen; for example they hand applied an under coat and a hand finish to the wall plaster, instead of the now common spray finish - the difference is remarkable. There were minor problems with the tardiness of a few subs, but overall they worked hard to meet deadlines for an older house that held many surprises behind the walls. The finished home received many "wows" from visitors, particularly those who saw it before the remodeling. Kacen and his team arrived for work early everyday, worked in the rain, made sure our yard was clean at the end of each day. The entire transformation took 4 days. We received several proposals, C & H proposal was very reasonable and gave us the most for the price that we were able to have our driveway and side walks acid stained. Kacen returned on day 5 to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have been in contact with Kacen since the project was completed, he is quick to reply and be available to assist.
