"We had our entire bathroom entirely demolished all the way down to the support beams and fully rebuilt (the house is old and needed a lot of repairs). The entire team was absolutely amazing from designing and planning (Junior), to the project getting done (Kadir was our PM, Tony and Paul were our electricians, and all the other guys who came in to do the tilework and plumbing - I am sorry I do not know their names but they were also awesome). This bathroom required an enormous amount of work and it came out absolutely beautiful. The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work and they truly desire that their customers are happy and expectations are exceeded with their work. I am already planning more projects with them, their work is not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodels, and I look forward to working with them again. "Rick Baumann and his team performed end to end Hardscaping in back yard from design and plans, assistance with HOA submission and follow up calls, assistance in material selection to installation and completion on time and within budget. Rick personally worked with me on all of the above with constant communication during and after the job completion. Baumann's Lawn and Landscape performed as describe and the results are fabulous with every neighbor passing by making comments on the well done job and the professionalism of his team led by a Master Stone Mason, Tony! Many neighbors would stop and watch the work progression by master mason Tony. I am thrilled with the work and plan on having Baumann's Lawn and Landscape back to do more work in the spring. Additionally they perform regularly schedule lawn and landscape care and maintenance for me year round punctually once a week at a very reasonable price. Baumann's has contracted and completed at east two nearby neighbors since the work on my yard was completed.

"Fantastic!!! I can't say enough good things. I am not one to normally post reviews, but Dave and The Outdoor Advantage company were so great I feel obliged. Very prompt service. Came out and did a quote within 2 days of contacting. Worked with me to price itemize different ideas and items throughout the backyard design. Afterwards, I received several other quotes from other companies. And while OA ended up being on the higher end of the quotes, I was impressed enough with the professionalism and the pictures of the previous work of Outdoor Advantage that I contacted Dave to see what could be done. Dave worked with me through my itemized list to get the project within my budget and comparable to the other quotes. After signing a contract, Dave and his crew were able to start work within 3 days. Work was completed in 9 continuous days. Having dealt with contractors before, that was impressive!! (If you haven't-- often you'll see companies starting weeks after a signed contract and then working odd days here and there to finally finish.) Dave himself showed up several times to the site to make sure the work was going well. The crew handled all the removal of old product, bringing in tools/materials, installation, and clean-up. The backyard was left immaculate with no finishing work by owner necessary. The finished product was better than I could have imagined!! I am so happy with the results and wish I would have done this years ago."
