"Thank you Lily & Team: I contracted with MA Cleaning and Landscape to provide a hardscape solution under my new deck, including a concrete pad and decorative pebbles. They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. Lily was very kind and highly professional, which makes a huge difference with me. I am posting this review because I want people to know they can trust lily and her team to do the right thing. I can also highly recommend them for both hardscape and landscape design. "Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."
