Zach did the drawings filed the necessary permits with New York City and provided us with the product list. Zach acted as the project manager, and worked very closely with the plumbers, electricians and contractor to ensure that all the details of the project were to his satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner and the finished product is just amazing. Ron and Roman came to our house to discuss the project and then came back to review their proposal in detail. They were open to ideas and suggested valuable changes in the roof design before we started contraction. The best thing was the constant communication. Ron would text, e-mail and call, and more importantly answer all my texts, e-mails and call usually the same day if not immediately. The crew was there every day at 7:30am, with hammers and saws going at 7:31am. We jointly worked through numerous change orders without any issue.
