But he was very patient and help my vision come to life. His talent and most of all his personality fantastic. I will definitely hire him on my next project!"

"I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."

He and his crew did an impeccable job for an exceptional price! the job entailed creating better drainage for the yard, evening the grade of the yard, installing paver stones for my trash cans, and decorative landscaping of the strip of land closest to the house. Everything I requested was completed with skill and to my specifications. Even better the job was done in a timely manner and quickly. "It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! "We needed a safer entrance for everyday use and accessibility, so Eran suggested building steps alongside a ramp. His crew built the structures at the same time, using rebar and proper slope calculations. The ramp has a gentle incline that meets code, and the broom finish provides good traction. The steps are wider than before, with a landing that improves access. City inspectors visited to check compliance, and the project passed. The combination design works well for our family and makes the entry more functional. It?s practical, durable, and complements the rest of the exterior improvements nicely."
