"The project went great. It was the best end-to-end experience I think I've ever had working with a contractor for a project at my house. Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously. The two individuals who arrived, on time, to clean the gutters were also very professional, hard working, and took pride in doing a good job! They did a great job cleaning the gutters/downspouts, checking for leaks and cleaning up afterwards. I was very impressed with Envision Property Maintenance and will use them again next year to have my gutters cleaned."

"Art and Nazar did a complete bathroom remodel for us. This was a custom build project and they had a lot of good ideas to improve the design. They removed an old existing shower and tub and built a new custom large walk-in tile shower. They replaced the old vinyl flooring with a new tile floor. Art and Nazar also re-routed some plumbing and installed a new vanity for us as well. Their pricing was very reasonable and we felt that we got a lot of bang for our buck. Nazar was very cordial, conscientious, and hard working. We often left him alone to run errands, and had no problem doing so. I would highly recommend their company. I am considering a couple more projects in the future that I may use Paliy for."
