Nick also found that a water supply pipe in our utility space was undersized and was limiting water volume to our exisiting baths and showers and corrected that at no additional charge. There were no surprises regarding pricing."

"BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."

"The crew did an outstanding job.  The compaction process was very thorough and the guys worked flawlessly around my house, and were very considerate to my existing landscaping.  Matt helped with the design and created a custom pattern with standard size pavers.  I get a lot of compliment from our guests.  Some compliments came from other people who do similar work.  Matt did a great job of explaining the process so there were no surprises during construction.  We had a small issue around one of the posts with a cracked paver and he came out and fixed it right away.  Overall I am very pleased with the job and he will be my first call in the future."

"It is a pleasure to deal with a professional! We had front and back yard design and planting we wanted done. Part of the front work included building a retaining wall, a task not many other "providers" were willing to tackle. Greg listened patiently to our ideas and needs, promptly came back with excellent designs and worked around our vacation schedule to execute his suggestions. Because of a design change on our part, he ran out of material for the wall. When the materials arrived, he came in a light snow storm to finish the job.
