"One would be hard pressed to find a contractor that would top the quality and service offered by Kurt, Steven, Gaspar and Alex with KT Construction. Our project was a complete renovation of our backyard including solid patio cover, 1,000 sf of pavers and complete re-landscape. I was provided a color copy of the design they suggested which laid out sprinklers, drains, patio cover fire pit, pavers etc. They were very patient while I was delayed multiple times by our HOA but once approved, they were here every am at 7:00 and did an outstanding job of clean up every day before leaving. "Mario installed a new drip irrigation system to replace the old broken sprinklers, and he installed a new front yard based on my design. He carefully reviewed the design and recommended some alternatives to the plants/sizes called for in the design. These changes saved me money and would require less maintenance which was important because I was tired of maintaining a front lawn. Mario was a super professional, he responsed promptly to messages and kept me advised of his schedule so i knew where he was in the job and what was coming next.
