"I can't say enough how much I LOVE Jose, Kevin and the crew with JK Gardening! These guys go above and beyond. I love how Jose has eye for the littlest details and he always one step ahead of me with something that needs his attention on, he already thought it and has solution on how get it done. I originally hire Jose a while back where he did retainer wall and did beautiful job so I knew he was capable of doing great work with my next project. My front stairs were never right they little wonky. When I approach Jose and Kevin about new design idea from my front steps and walkway they were on it and together we came up with show stop walking way and stairs. It didn't stop there. My driveway was always a "hot mess" with sump pump kind in middle of driveway. Once again Jose, Kevin and I came with up an design idea for the driveway and they delivered. Now I'm envious of the neighborhood with my beautiful new stairs, walkway and driveway. Thank you guys... you are the best!!"

"We hired AES to do our master bathroom remodel. We are very happy with it, it’s beautiful! Everyone was friendly and professional, the sales person/estimator, the two men who did the work, the concierge, they were all very good at what they do. The workers were detail oriented and cleaned up the place every day before they left. We received quotes from 3 companies for this job, AES was in the middle. We really liked the concierge service - they send a designer with you to shop for the tiles, flooring, fixtures, etc, they help you pick everything out and tie it all together into a coherent design. It was very helpful, they even help you pick out paint colors."

"Don and his team were amazing. Don designed two patio areas in our backyard along with extensive plants and lighting. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks. His team worked hard, Don was responsive to my questions, and the finished product (new landscaping and patios) looks amazing. I now want them to do our front yard!"

"Rick Baumann and his team performed end to end Hardscaping in back yard from design and plans, assistance with HOA submission and follow up calls, assistance in material selection to installation and completion on time and within budget. Rick personally worked with me on all of the above with constant communication during and after the job completion. Baumann's Lawn and Landscape performed as describe and the results are fabulous with every neighbor passing by making comments on the well done job and the professionalism of his team led by a Master Stone Mason, Tony! Many neighbors would stop and watch the work progression by master mason Tony. I am thrilled with the work and plan on having Baumann's Lawn and Landscape back to do more work in the spring. Additionally they perform regularly schedule lawn and landscape care and maintenance for me year round punctually once a week at a very reasonable price. Baumann's has contracted and completed at east two nearby neighbors since the work on my yard was completed.

I highly recommend Baumann's Lawn and Landscape for all your landscaping needs."

"My experience with Kapital Drafting has been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire process of designing and executing our home addition, deck, and patio was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Gary, the company's owner, is a consummate professional who made every step of the way feel like a breeze. From the moment we first approached Kapital Drafting, Gary took the time to understand our vision and goals for the project. He then expertly translated those ideas into detailed drawings and 3D renderings, which truly brought our ideas to life. It was evident that Gary's expertise in architecture and design was second to none, as the quality of his work was remarkable. The process of obtaining county approval for the project can often be daunting, but with Gary's help, drawings were approved without any issues. This was a testament to the meticulous attention to detail and compliance with building codes that Gary and his team adhere to. Throughout the construction phase, Gary maintained excellent communication with both us and our contractors. He consistently addressed any concerns that arose and offered valuable suggestions to ensure the best possible outcome. His collaborative approach allowed us to work together seamlessly, resulting in a finished product that exceeded our expectations. The final result of our home addition, deck, and patio is stunning. It has transformed our outdoor living space into an oasis that our family is enjoying daily and will continue to do for years to come. Kapital Drafting's combination of exceptional design skills, customer service, and a keen understanding of the building process made our experience an unforgettable one. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend Kapital Drafting for anyone seeking architectural services for their home improvement projects.
