"Well, to start, the yard was a mess, with broken branches on bushes as well as branches lying all over.  They did a great job of cleaning everything up and taking out any weeds.  Then they redid the mulch areas and put stone around the air conditioning unit.
As a result the yard looks pristine again, as it always does when Ronaldo's crew leaves the property.  Every group that works for Ronaldo are friendly and aim to please and you never have to go out to check their work as you know everything will be just as you wanted it. 
Ronaldo himself is very warm and helpful and does everything in his power to accommodate whatever you need.  He  treats all his customers like they were family and always somehow its you into his busy schedule.  He is also easily accessible and returns phone calls or emails within 24 hours which is extremely rare in the landscaping profession.

She organized itemized all items for donations by category, leaving me with a single piece of paper to hand over to my accountant. She then took away the donations and delivered them to my specified charity. She came with great solutions for organizing our "lack of closets" situation, helped me stay on task and complete all needed pre-work prior to the closet install. I would have never completed this project without her assistance. I found Helene to be upfront and honest but in an empathetic way, considerate of emotional attachment, systematic and efficient, non judgemental,  and pleasant to work with.
