They came up with creative solutions to issues that arose because of other suppliers (i.e. sink and faucet issues that were the fault of anther company which I bought my kitchen sink and faucets from). They also had no problem coming back for some adjustments that I wanted, weeks after they finished their job, to make everything to my extremely picky (and borderline OCD) liking.
