We had 2 crews, Randy (Lead) and Charles for one bathroom and Marvin Ladipoh (Lead), Sam & Antonio on the other. These men know their trade and know customer service as well. No question was too small and they encouraged questions throughout the process. Every concern I had was addressed and resolved immediately. Highly professional and courteous and absolutely all about the quality of work. Even though they had a 4 hour commute (2 each way) each day, I never did I get the impression they were hurrying just to get it done and go.
