We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. "Well, to start, the yard was a mess, with broken branches on bushes as well as branches lying all over.  They did a great job of cleaning everything up and taking out any weeds.  Then they redid the mulch areas and put stone around the air conditioning unit.
As a result the yard looks pristine again, as it always does when Ronaldo's crew leaves the property.  Every group that works for Ronaldo are friendly and aim to please and you never have to go out to check their work as you know everything will be just as you wanted it. 
Ronaldo himself is very warm and helpful and does everything in his power to accommodate whatever you need.  He  treats all his customers like they were family and always somehow its you into his busy schedule.  He is also easily accessible and returns phone calls or emails within 24 hours which is extremely rare in the landscaping profession.

"Helene Parenteau arrives on time, presents herself professionally, works very hard, and really helped us get rid of things no longer needed in a kind respectful way. I was amazed in what we were able to accomplish together, and had achieved the best results compared with other organizers I had worked with in the past. She knew where items could be recycled. And best of all she has a large van to remove boxes that day from the house. She lists the items, and procures receipts, where applicable. What had seemed to be an insurmountable obstacle, became resolved working under her guidance. We have decided to bring her back for other projects."

Narrow Lane worked with our small condominium association to develop a pleasing front yard landscape design and they readily provided us with a revised design when our condominium budget was reduced. All scheduling was spelled out in advance and delivered as promised and the firm was very good in responding to client requests and questions within 24 hours. After our Landscape design was installed, Narrow Lane initiated follow up contact with our Association 12 weeks following the completion of work and replaced a plant that had died at not additional cost to us."

"I contacted four landscapers through Angie's List. Two never responded; one got back to me but couldn't do the work for weeks. John's responded quickly, popped by to survey the job (without me even knowing!) and was able to schedule it within the week. Two men came by and worked for three or four hours on the bed. It was too tough for a tiller, so in the end they used an industrial aerator to loosen the dirt/roots, then raked it out. They did a great job, were very careful of the surrounding garden decorations, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The job came in right on estimate, despite it being harder than they thought."
