Both were very talented with high attention to detail and very, very focused on customer service to ensure satisfaction. Also, very professional and well spoken. Never did we need to feel as though we needed to inspect or challenge the quality of the work. You couldn't ask for better ambassadors for the company. I visited the installation every 30-60 minutes, and was very impressed with the quality of the product and the robustness of the installation design/method and also the materials. As the plan was executed he was flexible to our requests yet honest with his recommendations. His crew was professional and easy to work with. He was pricey but we surely got what we paid for.
