His crew built the structures at the same time, using rebar and proper slope calculations. The ramp has a gentle incline that meets code, and the broom finish provides good traction. The steps are wider than before, with a landing that improves access. City inspectors visited to check compliance, and the project passed. The combination design works well for our family and makes the entry more functional. It?s practical, durable, and complements the rest of the exterior improvements nicely."

"INA Kitchens designed and remodeled the 2 kitchens at our house. At first we started with the main kitchen and during the work, we also designed the kitchen at the guest house. During the work, they were very skilled, honest, creative and professional. Those advantages are the main things that we looked for in order to have a beautifully finished product. During the work, they were available for us via phone calls and always got back to us in a fairly time manner. The 2 kitchens are much stunning and functional than we originally wanted. "It all went well. Alisa was the designer/project manager. She had really good ideas, listened to my needs, and was very professional. The only issue was with the gazebo. I purchased a kit from another company and I had Green Republic put it together. They did not do it properly the first time, but they did a good job rectifying the situation. New parts were ordered and the gazebo was completely in a timely manner."

"Conrad was great to work with from beginning to end. We originally asked Conrad and 2 other landscapers for a bid on an existing backyard design that had been prepared for us by an architect. When we realized that the cost for that design was way out of our budget, we asked Conrad if he could change the bid to reflect the use of less expensive materials and simpler execution so we could reduce the overal cost without compromising the design. He came up with a design that was mostly faithful to the architect's vision, that accomplished our main goals for the space and was a fraction of the original bid. We hired him over the other companies because he always responded to every challenge and request with equanimity and an informed plan. He listened to what we wanted as well as what our parameters were, and worked creatively with us within our limitations. During the whole process, Conrad and his crew consulted with us regularly and were open to figuring out and executing changes that arose in the plans as the space evolved. Conrad always communicated clearly and responded promptly, thoughtfully to quickly to any questions or concerns. His crew was always prompt and respectful and they worked quickly and well. The work went so well, that they were finished almost a week ahead of their projected completion time. The backyard looks and functions much better than before and, most importantly, the drainage system works well to channel rain and run off away from our home. We're very pleased with the work Del Mar Landscaping performed for us! We plan to hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone as being fair, creative and professional in all aspects of their work."

"Eran from ESL Designs helped us with ADU design, drawing and permit submittal. They are easy to communicate with and great to work with. Eran has a lot of knowledge of design ADU to meet our requirements. We had many phone calls, office visit and in site visits with Eran and his team before signing the contract. Everything was laid out clearly and Eran made sure I won’t have any surprises throughout the project. We had in person discussion with Eran to finalize the building set. Eran submitted and followed up with the city on permit review. Overall, good experience. Will recommend to my friends in the future for ADU design."
