Comment: My husband and I are preparing to sell our recently remodeled mid-century Craftsman-themed home in Rolling Ranchos (Lomita) and want to present it at its best in order to expedite its sale and maximize the price. We're especially keen on highlighting the glorious outdoor areas and the potential for outdoor living spaces, and we know we'll want to get a great-looking deep seating furniture set out under the pergola.
