Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously. "Great. From first contact through project completion we couldn't be happier. Bid started with Jose who was very specific with us on the project. He came out twice to finalize project design and to ensure we agreed on a price and overall project. Given it was very busy season, he expected project could begin mid September. Jose called late August and let us know he could fit us in earlier. We were so excited! As of today, 9/14/2017 the project is complete, even before we thought it would be started! Communication during the project was excellent. Jose and Rigo, were our primary contacts. They handed off job tasks well with their crews, so everyone knew what to do. We had a few interesting situations, and they offered up options, helped us work with the neighbors, and found solutions that made everyone happy. Even stayed within budget. Materials used were good quality, and workers were skilled, professional, on time and very neat. During project, they protected our property very well. They cleaned up our yard when they finished and it looked way better then it started. Wall looks terrific, and fence does too. I could probably say more, but needless to say, if I could afford to hire them for more right now, i wouldn't hesitate. They were a great team and a great company.
