"Jason is very professional, an excellent landscaper from design through completion of project. He Arrived on time, did exactly what he said he would do including tactfully handling an issue with our HOA along the way. Would definitely hire Jason Landscaping again."

"

Chris Baker was extremely professional beginning with the estimating process all the way through final completion of the project.   From the start we were very happy with Chris' design ideas and impressed with his creativity and expertise.  Chris did an excellent job of explaining his plans beginning with suggested selection of materials to drainage solutions and plantings.

Chris was very accommodating with any suggested changes during the project.  As everyone knows change orders can be very expensive during a project but Chris was very reasonable with the scope of changes as well as managing cost.
We were extremely happy with Artistic Landscapes and plan to continue to use this company going forward.

"Customer service and communication was great. Friendly crew, and quick design and work done efficiently. Only complaint is that I had wanted a couple things transplanted and they transplanted very small portions of them without discussing with me. The rest of the plant was removed from the site without asking if I wanted to keep any of it or if a significant amount was transplanted."

"Exceptional work! We had Mike design our basement layout, and had a fantastic experience. Not only did we like the results, the contractors we sent the plans to said his design was some of the best they had seen (dimensions, completeness, etc). We opted to have Mike provide 3 initial designs, and paid extra for 3d renderings which were well worth the money to visualize the completed space. Our designs included a closet, exercise area, dining area, bedroom, office, bathroom, family room (with kitchenette), and a TV wall. I have zero regrets, and Mike was easy to work with, turned the designs around per our timeline, and provided all of the drawings needed to bid out the work. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"If you are looking for paver patios, the installers are great. They did a very nice job, and were professional throughout. They would clean up every day before leaving, addressed any questions we had timely and we are very satisfied with the results. We also added a gazebo to our patio design. It was very clear that gazebo's are not one of their strengths. We encountered many issues with the design and build of the gazebo long before construction began. We had hired Josh in October to complete all elements of the landscaping project the following spring. Over the winter months, we had asked on many occasions for catalog photos, or anything that would confirm what the finished gazebo was going to look like. The pictures were never sent and the only indication of what it might look like came just a few days before the project began and was a very small (1x1) black and white picture. Our expectation of the gazebo was that the material used would be cedar. We had asked for glass windows that could be closed during the cooler and winter months. We were assured on many occasions that cedar material and glass windows were what we were going to get. As they were starting to build the gazebo, the material was not cedar, rather it was pressed wood. As the windows were installed, they were not glass (despite being told that very day they were glass), instead they were a plastic film over the screens. We were left in a very difficult position where we were essentially forced to concede on both elements. While the gazebo is functional, and will suit our needs, had Josh sent just ONE picture sometime in the 5 months or so prior the project start, we may have been able to make a different decision. Related, and something else to be aware of. When trying to reach Josh about start dates, etc I would say he was not always as responsive as I would have expected. Furthermore, there were multiple instances where what was promised was not delivered. Again, if you are looking at a paver or patio project - these guys are great and I would recommend their workmanship. However beware of anything more than that."

"They did a great job on design layout. they were very professional and efficient."

"I needed a fast turn around a set of drawing for the city plan checker .I made a phone call and in a two days I was back at plan check counter with a stamp set of structural drawing. I was very happy with the fast turn around."

"Team performed exceptional work. My project wasn't the largest but they were in and out in one day! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for landscaping help."

"Everyone involved in the project was very conscientious in the work they did. The work was done very well and we couldnâ t be more pleased. They listened to our ideas as well as offered their thoughts on the design and type of material to use. Overall, very well done and I would give them my highest recommendation."
