It is important to note that after 7 years away - we moved back to the Indy area - in a completely different location - so I had to start from scratch in sourcing certain skilled trades. I did not know Richard, and had no knowledge of his track record of performance except through Angie's list. Richard took my call during a job and set an appt. for a few days later. We walked the yard together & I outlined the scope of work. Very quickly we both realized we knew what we were talking about and quickly settled on a fair price. The impressive part was he could get to us in about a week. His crew was friendly, skilled and most importantly worked hard over the course of a 12 hour day in 90 heat. He had plenty of Water/Gatorade for them and cared about their safety & well-being. Although supervising, Richard was working too and was not afraid to get his hands dirty - literally & figuratively . Richard & I had both big picture landscaping conversations and technical conversations about methods and individual plantings. I will be hiring him again. I have done both my own landscaping & hired out all or portions for nearly 40 years and this gentleman & his 1st class work crew just became the last group I will ever need to hire. "From the first meeting to assess the work to be done to the end of the project, Brian was very professional and very meticulous. Various types of natural mulch and landscaping rocks were to be placed around the house, which meant clearing out existing flower beds, debris, weeds, etc. around the home. He had a crew with him that were very polite and did a great job. I had a minor follow-up concern and Brian immediately came out and made sure everything was exactly to my liking. I have worked with several contractors over the past few years for various home projects. Brian, by far, has been the most reliable, efficient and professional contractor I've hired, and by far gave me the best end product. 100% recommend!"
