"I have really enjoyed working with Ryan throughout the entire process of design and building of my outside living area including exterior shower. I appreciated the way Ryan listens in the early process of providing guidance while also taking some of my ideas and implementing them into his design. Throughout the planning and design, I felt that I could trust Ryan to respond to my questions and take care in addressing all my concerns. Ryan built my house a few years back and after living in it for a couple years, I looked to him to assist in a redesign of a couple areas that were important to me such as a clear story glass aluminum frame. The glass and frame is such a marvel both in its design function but, also in the way of how it’s aesthetically placed to my existing roof lines. There have been several things that I have enjoyed working with him on including his design vision and eye for details. Ryan also works and hires the most qualified, talented and nice people. I highly recommend Ryan and his company, Johnson Custom Builders. It has always been a pleasure to have him on a project."

"Emil helped us with an ADU remodeling project. The design and finishing exceeded our expectations. Truly well done job."

"I recently hired Iconiq Construction for my bathroom renovation, and I couldnt be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. They transformed my vision into reality, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth, and they kept me informed every step of the way. My new bathroom is stunning, functional, and everything I hoped for. Iconiq Construction is definitely a 5-star company, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch renovations!"

"I have worked with Tanya for years having her assist my clients with design consultation and staging. She has always been such a professional and extremely talented at what she does. I have also referred her to friends and colleagues for larger design jobs and she has always nailed it! I highly would recommend her!"

"We needed some room additions to our small house in Burien. After speaking with several other architects and seeing how flaky they were right off the bat, we were dreading the whole process. After speaking with Char once we knew we were in good hands. Her communication was perfect. We would have weekly updates to go over the process and discuss any changes or recommendations. We were on a tight budget for the building costs, so when we found a contractor that we enjoyed, they were able to understand and calculate an accurate estimate from her drawings that were within our budget. She was able to get all the permitting for the additions from the City of Burien within 3 weeks with no redactions. We would hire her again, as matter of a fact, we did hire her for another build/design, Immediately after designing the house additions, but we just ran out of money for that build. I even recommended her to several other friends with their builds."

"My parent's roof was completed so efficiently, in half a day and no mess!! Value and excellent customer service from Near Me Roofing Company. Definitely would recommend to hire with no concern."

"Jorge answered my inquiry right away and I was able to schedule services with his company immediately. Jorge was outgoing, polite and knowledgeable. The service performed was exceptional and we will continue to use Jimenez Landscaping in the future."

"Robert and the Granados team are fantastic to work with. Great communication and worked with me through changes and requests for my larger landscaping jobs (planting 10+ arborvitae and creating a hard scape design for a office studio). They made sure I was happy with the progress and aware of timing/next steps. Highly recommend and will hire again."

"Amado and his team of very capable and highly skilled folks did an awesome job transforming my backyard into a living area that we look forward to each day. We did an interior and exterior remodel of our home and our experience was quite a contrast. While we had terrible experience with our interior contractor (PM me if you need more about it) and i was quite skeptical about engaging any other contractors, Amado came across as pleasant - always transparent with the recommendations on design and the pricing and more importantly a stickler to the commitment on the quality of the workmanship and the deadlines. Team is also prompt in addressing minor cracks and settling on concrete to fix them during the warranty period in a timely manner. I would highly vouch for him and his crew."

"The crew arrived on time, with all necessary tools and labor. They did a wonderful job trimming our 10 foot high hedge and cleaned up afterwards as well. Will hire again."
