"We had an amazing experience with John Krause Construction. We originally called them because our basement kept getting water in it every time it rained. While they were at our house for the basement waterproofing estimate we had them take a look at our deck and kitchen just to get an idea of the pricing. Once we received the estimate we decided to move forward with all of the work because we were able to get a great deal for doing all of the projects at the same time. "I hired Baumann's Lawn and Landscape to fix my front lawn. The soil was mostly clay and sand and covered in weeds. They killed and removed all the vegetation, tilled the soil, brought in new topsoil, conditioned/fertilized, and then laid sod. The crew was fast, efficient, polite, and did an amazing job (hopefully this site allows me to upload photos after writing this). The work was done in 3 separate days and took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to the finished installation. The price is what you would expect for this level of work and that much sod (sod is not cheap). They're not over-priced but it's not Bob's discount landscaping either. You'll get your money's worth for your project. Baumann's will be my #1 choice for future landscape projects."

He found a much larger issue and was able to completely and professionally fix the problem. He not only texted me but did FaceTime to show me the problems and gave me a complete list of steps and charges. He also took photos step by step to show exactly what was done.
