"The project went very well.  There was a slight delay because of rain, but Jim, the owner of Southern Appeal, kept me informed of any changes and got to my project as soon as was humanly possible.  Jim and his sons, who are also partners in the business, were very professional and knowledgable.  They coordinated very well all the various decisions needed in a project like this.  Jim produced a computer generated picture of what my yard would look like at completion, and sent pictures of trees for my approval before purchase.  His sons recommended a couple of changes to my design that created a nicer look and more maintenance friendly areas.  The price ended up exactly as quoted.
