"I just completed a job with Landscape Solutions in Los Gatos and wanted to share my experience with anyone who might be looking for a landscape company. Our project was a small yard with a combination of hard surface and the installation of artificial turf for our dogs. I was surprised how good it looks and the dogs seem to enjoy it as much as real grass. I interviewed a few companies and chose Landscape Solutions based on how easy they were to talk to and how transparent they were with their process including design and billing. The entire job went very smoothly. I changed a few things after we started, and they were upfront about how that would impact the time to completion and the cost. In both cases their estimates were accurate. Their pricing was competitive and given the quality of the finish product and the ease of working with them I found it to be very reasonable. The guys they had doing the work were very professional, polite, and easy to work with. They cleaned up after each days work and returned the next morning right on time. I appreciated that they were very respectful of my time and my home. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I have already recommended them to a friend who may need work done in the future. They are a 5 star contractor. I highly recommend them. They did an amazing job with the lighting and the drip system as well."

"It was a great pleasure working with Pouria and Juan. I hired them to help build a 400 sq. ft. deck, and they were able to finish it within a week at a very high quality. "Extremely well. Excellent communication and planning with Alejandro and Ignacio, the owners. Reliable, punctual, friendly, meticulous, no surprises and easy to work with. On my side I developed the landscape plan, we discussed it, made a few changes and their quote reflected my requests. We both had questions/requests during the different stages of the project (roughly 2 weeks excluding rain days), so communication was very fluid either on site, text or via email. They worked with me on the fence design and responded to all of my questions regarding decomposed granite, new drip system, etc. Great team to work with and I would hire them again on any other landscaping/hardscaping project. Fair quote and they did most of the legwork."

"Sigura Construction has been our contractor since 2014. Back then, they tore down and rebuilt our house based on the architect's designs. As with any contractor anyone has ever worked with, we had some frustrations with time delays and unexpected expenses. However, literally everyone who visits our house comments on how beautiful it is and how well built it is. We have a lot of house pride and know that Sigura Construction has a lot to do with that. In addition, true to his word, Ilan has always responded to our requests for touch ups and is always responsive to our calls and texts. We continue to call Ilan anytime we need something; we simply don't trust anyone else to do as good a job and be as reliable with the quality of work."

"Very honest engineer. He performed a mandatory seismic inspection that was required for the city of Hayward. There was no foundation issue whatsoever. Before Mr Padir did the inspection I had a retrofit company look at my building and they told me it would cost $58k to fix the problem and I almost fell for it. It turns out that one joist was rotten from a sewer leak that was repaired. It is hard to find honest people these days. I am so glad it is only a cosmetic fix and a sister joist installed next to it to relieve the pressure on the building. Thank you once again Mr. Padir. Excellent job and quick turnaround."
