"Eran from ESL Designs helped us with ADU design, drawing and permit submittal. They are easy to communicate with and great to work with. Eran has a lot of knowledge of design ADU to meet our requirements. We had many phone calls, office visit and in site visits with Eran and his team before signing the contract. Everything was laid out clearly and Eran made sure I won’t have any surprises throughout the project. We had in person discussion with Eran to finalize the building set. Eran submitted and followed up with the city on permit review. Overall, good experience. Will recommend to my friends in the future for ADU design."

"I don't know where to start to praise the work of this amazing landscaper. The results completely exceeded our expectations. Tom was a pleasure to work with---he was clear, thorough and so knowledgeable about plants, design and care.
The project took about ten days, less than the anticipated two weeks and the workers were always on time and hard working throughout the very warm days.
Tom helped us decide on the plants and the design that we wanted all the time keeping the cost to our budget. So much more went into this project that I can't describe it all here, so I am posting some pictures that will hopefully show off what beautiful results we got.
In addition to receiving this gorgeous landscape, we applied for a large turf removal rebate from the SoCal Water Smart. And Tom gave us all the information on the care and feeding of our beautiful new backyard.

"I've done a good amount of projects in LA and no matter how simple they start, they end up with their own degree of complexity. While I have come to appreciate that my own knowledge and research keeps my cost down and projects on track, working wtih Jesse eat Luxury Lifestyle Design & Development has made our experience so much more productive and cost efficient. Jesse and his team are response, available, professional and work with the same sense of urgency that we set on our projects. It's cliche, but they "Get it." I've done residential and commercial builds and remodels ranging from $50,000 to $750,000 and worked with a lot of firms, this has by far been the best experience we've had."

Start by defining your goals and budget. Collect photos of rooms you love, jot down must-have features, and list what isn’t working in your current space. Share these details—and your target budget—during the first meeting. The clearer you are, the quicker a designer can translate your vision into a workable plan and keep costs in check.
Yes, working with an interior designer can help you save money. Designers prevent costly missteps, secure trade discounts on furniture and finishes, and coordinate the project so you don’t pay twice for the same work. Their upfront fee often pays for itself in avoided change orders, tighter timelines, and materials purchased at below-retail pricing.
A full interior design project wraps up in two to three months, on average, while a decorating job takes four to eight weeks. Timelines stretch if you add structural changes, custom millwork, or specialty materials, and unexpected shipping or permit delays can tack on extra days. Talk with your designer about project milestones and build in a little wiggle room.
Interview at least three pros whose portfolios match your style. Review their credentials and ask for references. During a face-to-face or virtual meeting, discuss your goals, budget, and timeline, and make sure their communication style and fee structure feel comfortable. The right designer combines technical know-how with a creative approach that clicks with you.
