Jim expects nothing but excellence from his sub contractors, and was on top of any issues immediately as they arose. Being that we have a 1947 home, many unexpected things can come up and be uncovered, it was a huge relief to find that we could leave it in his hands and not have to be concerned.... every time the situation was always resolved better than we expected! Overall, the salon turned out better than I had imagined and am SO pleased with my new space.
