"I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."

"They did a beautiful job. They even had to cut around a number of decorative rocks. When we were restricted to watering twice a week outdoors my backyard lawn died within two weeks—-it gets full sun. I was nervous about artificial turf because I didn’t know anyone who had it, but the guarantee on the high quality material is very good. There is a lot of labor required to get the ground ready for the artificial turf. Hye Turf Designs has great people. Ask for Hutch——he is the co-ownerof the company."

"Everything went well until the end. Cipriano was extremely punctual and always got back to me if I e-mailed him. The workers he sent did a very good job and were very courteous. The only reason I gave them an overall rating of B and a C for professionalism was that after I paid the workers, they told me Cipriano would call me later in the day to schedule the re-landscaping of the cactus bed (which was to be paid for separately at a later date). I never heard from him again and I also never got the Starbucks discount coupon they advertise on Angie's List, which he assured me I would get. I thought that was rather unprofessional. However, the work they did do was excellent."

"Our backyard has multiple, disconnected garden zones, so we chose to use a flagstone patio and walkway system to connect the zones, seating areas, and planting beds. They designed the layout to maintain smooth transitions and even elevation for proper drainage. The patio covers roughly 1,150 square feet, including connecting pathways. Mortar joints were kept to a minimum to preserve a natural look. We appreciate this multi-zone patio as it has improved our movement around and visually ties different garden areas together."

"Dee is fantastic! We loved the design Mike came up with for our backyard makeover. Then once construction started we realized we had made choices that needed to be changed. In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. We were very impressed with Christian Cornejo and his team as it was evident that they were skilled professionals. We were, in fact, so impressed with Cornejo Landscaping that we then hired them to replace our ugly old broken concrete driveway with beautiful tumbled stone pavers surrounded by DG and California Gold. We collaborated with Christian on the driveway layout and he provided excellent guidance on the design and presented cost saving options to work with our budget. The driveway demo and installation was exact and professional. We are 100% satisfied with the results and many of our neighbors have stopped by to comment on how beautiful the driveway looks. "3d design brought to life!!!! So as anyone else would be - I was a little hesitant about moving forward with such a big project. I called a few companies in my area (well 10 be exact!) and Encore Builders was one of them. First meeting: Brandon and Oz came by to scope out the area and take some measurements. I have never done such a big project and expressed my concerns and they recommended we do a 3d design so that I can see what the outcome will look like. I was detailed in how I wanted everything to look and feel. I even had a little Pinterest board put together of the patio furniture I wanted so I showed that to Brandon and Oz and they ended up including it in the 3d design. You can tell theyâ re very experienced not only in the work itself but the design aspect. They were hands on throughout the whole experience and it made me comfortable in my decision in moving forward with them. They also showed me a lot of impressive before and afters so I knew what to expect quality wise. Second meeting: they came over and presented the 3d design. I WAS STUNNED. The rendered design looked beautiful and looked even better than the vision I had in my head. It was a no brainer for me to choose Encore Builders. It gave me the reassurance I needed to start this project. It looked so realistic and was obviously tailored to my backyard measurements so it was really to see how it would look in real life! Right then and there we set up a start date for a few days later. The outcome looked exactly like the 3d design - I was beyond impressed. Brandon , Oz and their whole crew truly work from the heart. You can tell they love what they do and do it with a smile on their face. Their customer service skills are 11/10 and they really are the best!"
