He and his crew did an impeccable job for an exceptional price! the job entailed creating better drainage for the yard, evening the grade of the yard, installing paver stones for my trash cans, and decorative landscaping of the strip of land closest to the house. Everything I requested was completed with skill and to my specifications. Even better the job was done in a timely manner and quickly. I highly recommend Paul and the crew for any landscaping needs you may have. I know I will be using him again in the future."

"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. "The courtyard between the driveway and the front yard needed resurfacing. interlocking pavers were chosen to improve walking access and create a visual pattern. They measured precisely to maintain even spacing, compacted, and installed the edging. Approximately 1,250 square feet were covered, including small planting borders. The layout allows multiple circulation paths while keeping the design simple. its practical for daily use and provide a defined area for outdoor furniture."

"Dee is fantastic! We loved the design Mike came up with for our backyard makeover. Then once construction started we realized we had made choices that needed to be changed. In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. Now a year later we had them come back for a few tweaks and again Dee's suggestions were the right ones. Scheduling the work was extremely simple and the work was done on schedule, on budget and they accommodated any minor changes or tweaks. Conrad was very helpful in helping us make final design decisions, especially on picking the paver block style and color. He also promptly addressed all of me concerns, even though they were mostly minor. His crew also worked with me to get the final outline of the patio, with many curves.
