"NIck and his crew did a marvelous job on our lower attic, and we ended up having him do some additional work replacing toilets and sink cabinets in our existing bathrooms. Nick also found that a water supply pipe in our utility space was undersized and was limiting water volume to our exisiting baths and showers and corrected that at no additional charge. There were no surprises regarding pricing."

He took the time to visit our apartment and carefully understand the challenges we faced in obtaining the permits. After thoroughly reviewing the space and listening to our renovation ideas, he assured us that the project would be straightforward for him and that he could provide an architectural drawing that would not only meet our needs but also ensure we could pass inspection without any issues. "West Shore installed both a shower and a shower/tub combination. We love the product and were super impressed with Alex H and Michael C. Both were very talented with high attention to detail and very, very focused on customer service to ensure satisfaction. Also, very professional and well spoken. Never did we need to feel as though we needed to inspect or challenge the quality of the work. You couldn't ask for better ambassadors for the company. I visited the installation every 30-60 minutes, and was very impressed with the quality of the product and the robustness of the installation design/method and also the materials. We are extremely happy with this investment. They also left the rooms clean and the vacuumed the steps to/from the installation. Kudos to West Shore Home ... you deserve your 5 star ratings!!"
