"Joséluis and Enrique are absolutely wonderful! After building a shed by myself with no construction experience I was devastated to come home and find that the strong winds recently had completely blown it over, two walls falling off. Joseluis and Enrique came and were able to fix it and finish all the trim and install the window in just a day. Not only did they repair my shed and do the final touches they also did a requested modification for me by putting a door in on one side that wasn’t in the original design. I am so relieved to have it fixed and they took extra measures to secure it to the ground so that it will never be blown down again. Since I couldn’t be home for the vast majority of the repairs they sent me photo updates which were very appreciated. Would we hire them again? We are! I have fencing that needs done and I’m so relieved to have found such reliable people to help. Highly recommend them for your projects!"

"The staging to sell our home was beautiful! They incorporated our items with theirs and the end product was perfect. The staging was a major contributor for the multiple offers we received. We then used Stage to Live for my parentâ s home and we received the same impeccable service to assist us in selling their home. When my parents moved into their new home they made the process much easier. Everything was placed, including hanging pictures and mounting TVs. "Oscar Flores did an excellent job. I live in Dallas but the house I wanted landscaped is in San Antonio. We talked on the phone about what I wanted. He listen to my requests as well as gave good suggestions texting pictures of the plants he was talking about. We also added decorative rocks that added to the overall look. He was easy to work with, responded quickly and did the job on time. I was very pleased."

"The did an excellent job.  They cleaned up at the end of each day and stayed in contact with us on progress.  He made sure that the design was followed and answered any of our questions. He made changes to the plant placement as we requested and kept well within the quoted budget.  His people where there when he said they would be.  I would definitely use Kevin again.
Sometimes Kevin was slow to respond to our calls, but he always responded and addressed any issues that we brought up.  That was why I selected the B for responsiveness.

"After getting several bids, Mark Morales, owner of Dream Yards came in with the most reasonable quote with lots of ideas to create a one-of-a-kind yard that is now the envy of my neighbors. He worked closely with me to capture all of my wishes and to incorporate them into the design. He allowed me to visit the nursery with him to select plants and to find special plants that were not available. As plantings were installed, we kept adding more to get the lush and full look that I desired. This included a fan palm, mountain laurels, several fruit trees, etc. Due to weather delays, the project took 3 weeks, but he had workers there every day (even in the rain). They were careful to clean up the sidewalk and street each night before they left and they were very friendly and respectful. Mark kept me updated on schedule through texts and onsite visits. He brought in specialists for the lighting and stonework to make sure these sub projects were professional. When it was discovered that one of the new irrigation drip lines was punctured, he had it repaired early the next morning. Multiple change orders were added to the original quote as new ideas came up. Mark fully explained each additional cost during our final settlement and tried to hold expenses down. I would suggest that you discuss any extra work / upgrades before implementation to better understand the costs associated with those changes. Other than that, I appreciated the fact that Mark did not expect any payments until the work had been performed. Many others won't even start a project without upfront payments. This made me feel very comfortable. All work was completed on 3/27/2020. Irrigation system has 5-8 year warranty; lighting has a 10 year warranty, and plantings have 90 days. I will update review after 90 days to cover any follow-up or warranty work. I highly recommend Mark Morales and Sprinkler Management Dream Yards for all of your landscaping needs."

He and his crew were friendly and professional and their work was of high quality. We are very pleased with the finished job. I checked in on them many times and had questions as they worked, which they answered all for me. The bathroom is beautiful. David Lennox, my sales and design rep, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly through this whole process. He helped ,e design and make smart decisions for both bathrooms I had done, There was a small issue after the job was done and David addressed this quickly.
