"iCornerstone was a great PARTNER in helping design our project. Richard Connolly was outstanding and understood our needs and concerns and put all those goals into the drawing to aid us in building our project. He was very punctual and professional and I could not recommend him enough for any project that you may need a fantastic person to help you in your design needs."

"As a testament to how happy we were with our first renovation provided by the Curtice Group in 2021, which provided completely new kitchen/dining/mudroom/bath, we hired Scott and his team again in 2024-25 for another major renovation. This job was composed of 3 main parts: a gut remodel of our main bathroom, renovation of a large attic space (about 700 sq ft), and whole-home conversion from steam radiators (gas) to heat pumps including removal of all radiators and a chimney. The bathroom now is attractive and more functional, the attic adds a large amount of useful space as an office/kid room/guest area, and central air makes a more comfortable climate. I’m a big fan of the design/build concept, because you really don’t want to separate those two elements into different contractors, and if you find a talented company, they can handle all aspects of the job fluidly. Scott Curtice has a real knack for design, he is attentive and cares about details, and he will perform carpentry and touch-up work as needed. Moreover, he handled all the project coordination so that we could do the jobs that we do well, which do not include home renovation."

"The best. They show up early and work harder than anyone. Honestly, I didn't think the tree removals were possible. It was ruining both the foundation and fence. Everything was precisely the way I wanted it, at a price which was considerably less than I expected. No unwanted destruction, lots of care. They removed the fabric, but left the budding hyacinths somehow. People I don't know are walking by and yelling out compliments."

"My husband and I had the pleasure of working with CJ and we cannot recommend him enough! I had struggled with our living room for years and was never truly happy. Not only did CJ help us design and create a beautiful living room, he taught me how to be at peace with my decision-making. He is the whole package: creative, professional, patient and understanding. My husband and I have very different decorating styles and CJ was able to make us both very happy! He is a principled, kind person with tremendous integrity. Iâ m sure our Project was not one of his biggest, yet his passion and dedication made us feel like truly valued clients. Working with CJ was an absolute joy, and I feel that joy over and over every time I look at my living room!"

"Helene Parenteau is to us, in a word, a miracle. We have known Helene for over 5 years. During this time she has completed numerous projects for us. Like most people, we had too much stuff, some of which we had not looked at for a very long time. We found Helene through a personal contact. Since then we have come to know and love her because she is not only a superb organizer, but an extremely thoughtful, kind, gentle and intelligent person. She has done everything for us from sorting and categorizing financial papers for taxes, designing and constructing shelving units for storage, advising us on the most practical use of space, and helping us to sort through and get rid of unneeded boxes which in the past we had moved from place to place unopened. She has helped us with projects large and small, from reorganizing a linen and bath supplies closet to fully taking charge of every aspect of our move, including measuring, planning, working with and supervising movers, and ultimately creating our new home with virtually everything in the right places. One of the reasons she is able to do this so well is that she knows us, our quirks, preferences, and habits. She seems to know before we do what is going to work and what isn't. We have only rarely decided against her recommendations. Another reason is that she cares deeply about us and knows what we need to keep going and finish a hard job. She knows how to provide just the right kind of encouragement - indeed she has inispired us to do what we thought was impossible. She is the hardest working person I have ever witnessed and has stamina and strength beyond any reasonable expectations. Helene is ingenious in figuring out how to make a space not just functional but convenient to use. I would way that there is NO organization problem, move or downsizing project she cannot handle. She approaches all issues thoughtfully, logically, sensitively, and with great efficiency. What's more, Helene listens. Her ability to understand all the many complications and difficulties people experience with handling, moving, and even getting rid of their stuff is phenomenal, especially if the job involves multiple family members. If you are fortunate enough to meet Helene and avail yourself of her professionalism, devotion to her clients, ultimate integrity, personal warmth, wisdom and sense of humor, you will understand how this professional organizer can not only transform your spaces but transform and enrich your life. We count it a deep blessing to have Helene in our lives and cannot imagine how we could ever have come as far as we have in making our home and work areas a joy to live and work in. Helene is unmatchable in her talents and worth her weight in platinum. We cannot recommend her more highly.

"Marilyn and company were excellent, very professional wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. She kept me updated on everything going on and with the sale of your home, it’s a lot."

"Great, Dave stayed within our budget and our addition looks like it was part of a whole new home construction. We were really impressed with Dave Kinsella's design concepts and the workmanship was high quality even though we were on a tight budget. Dave comes from a big family so he understands money and time constraints plus he wants his projects to look as aesthetically pleasing to his clients as possible. We would definitely hire Dave again."

"Glen is a just an excellent carpenter. He is a creative, efficient, and artistic problem solver. I hired him to install some cabinetry that came without instructions and had been partially installed by someone else. He did a fantastic job - he is a real expert. I will hire him again for my next project."

"I was completely blown away by the work that we had done. Lisa, who was the designer was very attentive and quick to return emails and really put a lot of thought into my project. She always responded to emails within an hour and was very honest with me when it came to ideas that i had for the project. She provided a detailed drawing of my property with her ideas for plantings, stepping stones, etc. this made my life very easy by not having to imagine what she was thinking. PJ, who was the foreman on the job was also a great guy and on top of things. He always had my best interests in mind when giving his opinion about grading the yard and what would be best for my children, which was my highest priority. Walter was one of the workers who did a lot of the grading and he was also in constant communication with me. Walter and PJ came up with, and implemented a swing-set area that doubled as a retaining wall to bring up the grade on the lower side of my yard and it came out amazing. We had some irrigation issues at first because some areas were being over-watered. Nick, who was in charge of the irrigation came out to my house multiple times, after all of the work had already been paid for, to make sure that my timers were taken care of and the grass remained in tip-top shape. After paying in full, I still got immediate responses from all parties in this company and they provided immediate solutions within a day or two. They could have put me on the back burner to handle current customers, but they remained attentive to my needs. I plan to use them for cleanups and for all of my fertilizing. I highly recommend this company to everyone."

"Luis is a true professional and helped make the renovation process easy for the general contractor and myself. All of the phases were explained in depth. The open concept is what I desired and I appreciate his attention to details. I highly recommend Luis if you need a professional architect"
