Jay asked us what we were looking for and we said private, cozy (wanting the outside to feel like another room) and that we wanted wildlife. We have all three and then some! He was very communicative about choices, trade-offs and budget. He would not take payment from us until all outstanding issues were resolved when he brought in others partners to do work. I can't say enough good things and I trust his judgement implicitly! We moved forward with a full garden design front and back yard, lighting and a bubbler water feature. They remodeled our kitchen, painted and remodeled various rooms in our house and last summer they undertook major repair work and painting on the outside of our property. This summer they will be remodeling our bathroom together with undertaking repair and painting work in our bedroom. "David is excellent! We hired him for an entire first floor renovation of our home (approx. 1,300 sq ft). He understood the vision we had for our home and made excellent recommendations that we never would have thought of. During the design phase, he pointed out ideas that would help save money but keep our vision in tack.
