"I have been fortunate to work with The Design Department on multiple projects. The owner, Patricia, assisted me with my personal house as well as a couple investment projects. In each case, I have been happy with the design. Whether you are designing your dream home or a budget investment property, I can recommend The Design Department."

"Marteeny installed all of our interior doors, trim, baseboards, etc. They gave us good options and recommendations and the final product has made our home look so much more elegant. The re-sale value will be greatly impacted by their design and attention to detail. I would recommend Marteeny for any project, large or small. They also installed our bathroom tile which looks awesome! Thanks Paul!"

"The project went great. It was the best end-to-end experience I think I've ever had working with a contractor for a project at my house. Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously. I was impressed by how quickly they worked through the project, they completely cleaned up any mess they had made, and my front yard looks fabulous! I highly recommend Green Town Garden to anyone looking for a high quality landscaping service. and his team showed up when he said they would show up, they were fast, they cleaned up at the end of the project"

"Nice and professional to work with and flexible in schedule."

"Susan was very professional & polite. Sheâ s hands on, very involved with work being done."

"David spent as much time as needed up front to discuss and design a solution that best fit our yard and objectives. We had to wait a bit for installation due to their reputation earned backlog of work, but it was well worth the wait. The extremely hardworking, talented, and pleasant crew did an outstanding job building to the vision and we could not be more pleased with the result. We received a high-quality hardscape/landscape solution at a fair market price and we highly recommend Terra-Sol."

"Ed did a great job, is professional & kept my budget in mind. It was a small job but he treated it with the importance of a large one. Everything went well & I plan to hire him again for upcoming jobs as well."

"Ziebart Construction did a good job on our kitchen remodel and new floors. The process was fast, organized, and everything looks beautiful. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but we liked Matt and we felt comfortable him. There were some issues with communication on both sides. With the remodel, we weren’t happy with the layout of the semi-custom cabinets. The CAD drawings were 2-D so we couldn’t “see” how the cabs would look installed. The virtual tour would have helped, but we had to pay extra to replace & modify some cabinets. We ended up paying about the same price as full custom cabinets (+ $1000.00 more). The quality of all the cabinets were very good. To be fair, Matt was being careful as the virtual tour would have put us over budget as his quote was already at our max. He let us go over budget later when we asked with reasonable terms so we could get the fixes & extras done. For the consumer: Buy the $500 virtual tour if you’re getting new cabinets. Make sure you're prepared before each meeting. Study the contracts and be clear about what you want & what you think you’re getting before you sign it. Do this via email before Matt comes over, he won’t have time to make changes onsite. We did LOTS of extra demo, prep, cleanup, purchases, & design decisions hoping to reduce the cost of the project. In the end, the price was the same as quoted which was disappointing but it does look beautiful. Keep an eye on the work as you go. The trades people are busy too and they don’t read minds. If you don’t like something; talk to Matt or Rick and they’ll fix it. *Note: When the final bill came in, the project did cost less than my math said it should be. I suspect that Matt may have reduced the remaining bill for the fixes/add-ons a little to fit my max monthly payment ability we talked about earlier. I think this speaks to the character of who he is and that’s another reason why we’ll use & recommend Ziebart Construction again despite the hiccups."

"The crew for LandCrafters was one of the most considerate and detail oriented I have ever seen. The work was absolutely more than we asked for, as they moved existing plants, etc to other locations at no additional charge. They actually cared about their work and were eager to see how the final inspection by us would go. It was virtually perfection. Everything was beautiful and perfectly organized (plants in straight row, edges clean and straight, etc.). And, the final result was even more beautiful than we had thought it would be."
