Both were very talented with high attention to detail and very, very focused on customer service to ensure satisfaction. Also, very professional and well spoken. Never did we need to feel as though we needed to inspect or challenge the quality of the work. You couldn't ask for better ambassadors for the company. I visited the installation every 30-60 minutes, and was very impressed with the quality of the product and the robustness of the installation design/method and also the materials. We are extremely happy with this investment. They also left the rooms clean and the vacuumed the steps to/from the installation. Kudos to West Shore Home ... you deserve your 5 star ratings!!"
