They were able to do a quote/estimate with pictures that I e-mailed to them - which was great. However, there quote was simply too high for the job being requested. I received other quotes from other local professionals and quotes came in at 25% less... yes 25%! That is why I chose another professional for this job. My only advice make sure to get 3-4 quotes from other professionals when doing projects."

A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
