"The Home Advisor Service gave me three contractors and they responded immediately. Mr. Vazquez arrived on time for his appointment and spent considerable time measuring and designing the cornice that was needed for the window. He then gave me an estimate for each job and a total. We scheduled a Saturday appointment to do the electrical work. My only complaint in this whole process is that he called that morning to delay the work until later in the day but when he arrived he not only did the electrical work but finished the whole job. I spent about 4 hours worrying that he was not going to be reliable when, in fact he was extremely reliable and did an excellent job. When he left that day all four jobs were complete, the mess was cleaned up and I was very happy."

"Tom did a good job and was very responsive and worked with my schedule. I already had my design but needed to get it drawn by an architect in order to submit it to the building department and get the permit. He was the most reasonably priced of all the architects I reached out to. Some wanted a percentage of the renovation cost but since I already had my design I just needed drawings to get my permit. He was flexible and came through. There were a few errors on the drawings but he made the corrections when I pointed them out. I would work with him again."
