We got a quote right away, and it was fairly priced. He offered a timeline and then met it. He did the work in a meticulous way and cleaned up after himself. He was patient with the cat who kept wandering in to inspect the project. The work was done on schedule (including a bit of extra work that was not in the original request), and it was done to excellent standards. The invoice had no surprises. I highly recommend him.

I hired House Doctors of Ann Arbor to repair age damage on two sides of my garage near the roofline that had allowed squirrels to enter and nest in the garage. They replaced deteriorated soffits and fascia and a rusted-through gutter, cleared out a cavity the squirrels had begun using to store walnuts, and replaced the gutter and downspout. They also repaired a hole in my basement drywall that had become another entry point. The House Doctors crew was friendly, efficient and easy to work with throughout the process, from the estimate visit from the owner, Rudy, to the excellent work from technicians Tyler and Lee. They explained each step of the work, kept noise to a reasonable minimum and cleaned up everything before leaving. The price was very reasonable, and they even did a relatively small but important secondary repair at no extra charge. I couldnâ t be happier with their work and I wonâ t hesitate to call them again.

Very satisfied with the dry wall repair work Brian Lynn did for us. The initial call was made due to a towel rack being pulled off the bathroom wall. We realized after 15 years in our house there were lots more minor spots that needed to be patched also. He quoted the job and did excellent work. He told us he needed two days, arrived on time, was super professional and finished when he said he would. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
