"I have nothing but accolades for Fritz and his company for the services they performed for me.  I researched for awhile on floor coatings for my garage and contacted several companies before finally deciding on Fritz based on my conversation with him and other positive reviews on Angie's List.  My only concern was that we were moving into a new house and had a limited time to get this whole job done before the moving truck came, but Fritz was able to accommodate my tight time requirement and schedule.
To start off, not only did Fritz drive an hour to meet with me to discuss his services and show me floor samples, but when I couldn't decide on which of the combinations I liked enough and talked to him with what I was looking for, he offered to make me a custom sample based on the color and chip color/broadcast I wanted.  He did this and then mailed it to me where I received it in a few days.  Once we agreed on everything, his employees came and were very professional and thorough, explaining what they were doing and giving clear instructions and guidance on how long everything would take as they were applying the coating(s).
By the time Fritz came to put the final topcoat sealant and touches on the garage floor the following day, I was already convinced I had made the right choice.  He collected payment after the job was done and provided the warranty to back up his work.
I would not only highly recommend Innovative Garages for this service if you are looking at coating your garage floor, but I would definitely use them again myself.  Price was more than fair and competitive, right in the middle of most of the quotes I received.  You get what you pay for, but in this case I felt like I actually got a little bit more.

"I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Dustin Mills and his team. The new roof is watertight and looks beautiful. The new gutters move water much more effectively than the old, and the gutter guards keep the leaves from clogging them. Dustin took the time to explain the work being performed, and patiently answered all of my questions. His crew was timely and professional, and left the property clean and tidy when finished. The quoted price was quite fair for the high quality of work delivered. I would hire this contractor again for additional home improvement projects."

"Caliper Construction was very timely in providing a written estimate for the work. They were very helpful in assisting in obtaining financing for the project. They worked diligenently with my old insurance company due to hail and wind damage but was not successful in convincing them to assist in the cost of replacement.

Caliber arrived on site at the scheduled start time. By the end of the first day the old roof was stripped, and 3/4 of the new shingles were installed. By 10:00 the next day the roofing was completed.

It took Caliber one day to replace the gutters on the entire house.

Additionally they painted the ceiling in the kitchen where the old roof had leaked as an integral part of the project.

I was very impressed with Calibers professionalism and work ethics. Lenard and Cassandra did a remarkable job through the entire project.

"Upon uncovering a leak during a rain, I emailed Maximus Contracting through Angie's List. They were my 3rd email sent but the previous 2 had other things going on and couldn't accommodate the 1-2 day appointment I needed to prevent further leak damage. Eric (Owner) was very responsive and responded to my email quickly. Upon return call, he said he could have someone there that day. Leo arrived and immediately assessed the situation and explained the required repairs to me. Upon his call to Eric and then Eric's call to me to discuss the repair cost, I was very satisfied with the agreed-to price. Eric even had Leo caulk the vent above the garage with no increase in cost. Leo left to get materials and returned in about 20 minutes. The actual repairs took him about 1.5 hours and after cleaning up, he was there for about 3 hours. The weather looked like rain and it did rain that evening and the next day, so I am grateful to Eric for answering my email and acting promptly. I will go back to Maximus General Contracting for any future home repairs.
