After about 30 minutes, I called the office myself to get the updated cost and was told I?d receive an invoice before the job was finished, but I never did. The repair itself was good, but the cleanup was poor. It looks like the floor wasn?t protected, and dust was smeared with a damp sponge, leaving hand prints and water stains and dust in the flooring crevices. I was also left with two heavy contractor bags of debris left outside that neither I nor my disabled husband can move to the curb without re-bagging or hiring someone else to handle."
