"I had a couple of holes in my drywall, one small and one large. Zoran made it look like it had never happened! Even though I don't know much about drywall, I could easily tell that Zoran had a lot of experience just by seeing him work. He was prompt, communicative reasonably priced, and just seems like a really nice guy."

"Bobby is a true class act. He immediately responded to our request and was able to come out the next morning to repair the drywall in three areas of our ceiling. He did an amazing job at a very fair price. We highly recommend Bobby for any drywall repair needs you may have!"

"First, Leo came to do an estimate at the time we agreed on. Most important he went on the roof, took his time and, in short order, figured out where the leak was coming from. Several other contractors either did not go on the roof or were less inciteful. Price wise Leo’s bid was middle range. What impressed me most is that the work was not rushed. The crew took their time to ensure that all the work was done correctly. I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Velasquez Contractors, llc. Hire them! You’ll be glad you did. Then come here and sing their praises."

"Bryce made the estimate and contract quick and easy. Manuel did a fantastic job of ripping out the damaged drywall and insulation, patching up the insulation and drywall, texturing and repainting. He went the extra mile to make sure to duplicate the texture pattern just right. He made it look just like new! We were very pleased with the work. Definitely recommend Better Builds and Repairs!"

"Very professional. Does great work. Installed an attic access in my garage to give me much needed storage. Look forward to hiring for other projects."
