"John repaired some water damaged ceilings in my house a month ago. The job was fairly extensive and needed the plaster to match the swirl pattern in the rest of the house. He did a very good job for me and kept the place clean by sealing off the area with plastic sheeting and covering the entire hardwood floor with heavy paper. The job took two people two days and cost $1,500.
Since John worked out so well, I brought him back for another smaller plastering job after a plumber had finished repairing some pipes for me. He repaired some areas that had severe water damage and needed the old plaster cut out and replaced. The job took two people 3/4 of a day and cost $550. He knew exactly what to do, did good work, and cleaned up after himself. I am an engineer who has contracted many private contractors to rebuild an renovate several homes that I have lived in over the years and can say with no reservations that John is top quality at a good price.

"Bob did an exceptional job with plastering and smoothing over popcorn ceiling. There was added difficulty to the job due to harsh weather conditions which added more moisture and other variables, but Bob took care to provide clear and concise directions for me and for me to provide to other contractors. "I could not be more happy with the results of my new 18 x 24 feet room-over-garage. Lots of 45-degree angles which made it challenging along with a 10 ft high ceiling. All corners are perfect. Connected me with a professional drywall hanger who hung the drywall in one day. Gary performed the taping, coating, skimming, and sanding in 5 contiguous days. Was always here on time. Very good communicator. This is the type of work that requires several years of experience and Gary has it. I would hire him again in a second. You can not go wrong with Gary Ellis Drywall!"
