"Golden Key Drywall did an excellent job at my home for my two projects. They were small areas but they were extremely professional. They communicated with me during the process and are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Archie and his brother Hector were excellent! I would hire them again to do any project. I highly recommend them for anybody who needs drywall projects completed."

"Drywall Services provided an overall excellent experience and I highly recommend working with them. To begin, Armando arrived on time to provide a free, professional estimate of the work. In my case, I hired him to replace drywall in my kitchen and also to repair an under sink cabinet that had water damage. His quote and pricing was very fair. On the day of the work, Armando and his team arrived on time and were very efficient! They did a great job on the project and my kitchen looks brand new and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home and the quality of their workmanship. They were also very thoughtful in cleaning up before they left, leaving it spotless. Personally I am already planning to use them again for a future project and would highly recommend hiring them. They are great!"

"Rick and his crew painted the interior of my home and did a great job. They were really easy to work with, showed up on time, completed the job quickly, and left the place clean. We had some areas of drywall that needed to be repaired, and they were practically invisible when Rick was done. Rick even helped me make sure we were buying high quality paint so it would last. Would definitely use again."

"We used Precision Drywall and Acoustics to frame, drywall, texture, and paint a room for a study in our house. We were extremely impressed with their work, their professionalism, and their fair pricing. Their estimate for pricing and schedule was highly competitive and came in at roughly equivalent to our other bid. They stuck to the schedule and budget, even when they were presented with a few minor challenges that lesser companies would have used to try and leverage for more money. They worked independently to solve issues that came up, and elevated problems to get us involved at the right threshold. We were SO happy with the finished project â especially the texture-matching work they did. Overall, outstanding job! I would highly recommend their work!"

"I needed three things done: drywall repair, a cabinet made and installed, and three rooms painted. The form does not permit me to list more than one project, unfortunately, because Lizardo Reyes was able to do all three projects. He works alone, did them all in two and a half days, and did beautiful work. He is a competent worker, quiet and conscientious. I recommend him highly. He was punctual, wasted no time, takes pride in his work and cleans up as he goes. I will definitely call on him any time I need similar work done. His price was quite reasonable, even including all needed materials, which he purchased."

"I recently used Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair and had a really good experience. The technician showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and got straight to work. The repair came out great and blends in perfectly with the rest of the wall. They kept everything clean while working and made sure the area was tidy before leaving. The whole process was simple and easy, and I felt like they actually cared about doing the job right. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing drywall repair."

"I hired M&N for drywall repair and painting. The drywall repair included a large, previously botched repair. Repairing the drywall and applying the new texture was all but dustless. Milan is a pro at this craft. The repairs are seamless and the painting coverage and cut-in work is first class. I would not hesitate to contact M&N for future work."

Load-bearing walls support the weight of your home's structure, including floors, roofs, and other building components. Non-load-bearing walls, on the other hand, serve only as partitions or room dividers. All exterior walls are typically load-bearing, even if they have design features like bump-outs or large glass panels. These walls need precise construction to ensure your home's structural integrity.
Removing a wall costs anywhere from $300 to $10,000 , depending on the size and whether it's load-bearing. Removing load-bearing walls is a more labor-intensive process and typically costs more. To get an accurate estimate for your project, consult a local contractor with the specifics of your wall.
Yes, there are other projects you can tackle at the same time when building a wall. Upgrading to energy-efficient windows or doors can enhance your home’s sustainability and can be integrated into the wall construction process. You might also consider removing existing walls to create an open-concept layout or building a home addition for extra space. Coordinating multiple projects can be cost-effective and streamline your renovation timeline. Discuss your goals with a contractor to help you plan effectively and maximize the benefits of your renovation.
The cost to build a partition wall varies depending on the size and type you choose. Half walls that don't reach the ceiling cost about $10 to $20 per linear foot . Full partition walls made with drywall may cost more due to additional materials and labor. Prices for accordion or panel walls vary widely based on materials and design. Factors like electrical work, insulation, and finishes will also influence your total cost.
Framing is the backbone of wall construction, creating a secure structure that supports everything else. Quality framing ensures that studs, electrical wiring, and plumbing are properly integrated into your home's design. A professional installer uses reliable materials like wood or metal to build a framework that meets building codes and ensures your wall is durable and safe.
